This utility to export PST from Exchange Server export mailboxes from the Live Exchange server and transfers them in PST file format. It retrieves all types of mailboxes from servers like connected, disconnected, disabled, & enabled. It exports items like emails, calendars, tasks, journals, contacts, etc, from Exchange to PST.

Preview Exchange Mailboxes Details

FreeViewer Exchange export tool helps to view each mailbox’s information. They just need to right-click on a mailbox & they can get the details. The prompt dialog box shows descriptive information like email count, number of contacts, tasks, notes, etc. However, admins can preview the data or the users with appropriate administrative rights.

Eliminate Data From the Server

This software allows its users to automatically delete emails from the server after the export process. When the users get the notification of their export operation getting successful, the tool provides a feature to delete data from the server permanently.
