Backup Hotmail Account in PDF Format

Select the radio button corresponding to "PDF" labelled text.

Afterwards, click on the checkbox besides "Advance Settings"

You can specify the following filters and click on Save.

General Settings

• Naming Convention: This refers to the naming of the final converted files such as by Subject+Date, From+Subject+Date, Autoincrement, etc.

• Create Single PDF File: Attachments will save in a saparate folder.
• You can also check the Include Internet Message Header checkbox.

Page Layout

• Margin: The software provides advance option to apply page margin. Which can be applied in range of Minimum 2.0 mm and Maximum 10.0 mm
• Page Layout: Use this option to use Paper Orientation and Page Size

Bates Number

• Bates Number Format: You can apply page number and other formatting like, Start Number, Increment By, and Position.
• Date Stamp: You can also apply date stamp and choose preferred position.

Attachment

• Attachment on Pin: Add attachment in PDF as pin.
• Append Attachment: Convert attchment as PDF and append at the end of email.
• Save Attachment: Save attachments in a folder in its original file format.
• You can also check the Create Folder for Attachment According To Naming Convension checkbox.

Delete After Download: To delete emails from the server once the process is completed successfully.

Incremental Backup: If you have backed up your account earlier, then incremental backup option window will pop-up. Depending on your choice, you can select Yes or No option.

Click on the "Change" button to browse the final destination of your resultant files. You can also create a New Folder by clicking on it.

Lastly, click on the "Start Backup" button

Exporting Process Completed Successfully message will then prompt on your screen.

You can view the resultant PDF file at the destination location, as shown below

Backup Hotmail Account in MBOX Format

Select the radio button corresponding to "MBOX" labelled text.

Afterwards, click on the checkbox besides "Advance Settings"
