Click radio button corresponding to PST to convert EML files into PST file format and after that click on Advance Setting.

You can specify the following filters such as:

Split PST File: This allows the user to Split the resultant PST file according to specified size.

Date Filter Option: This allows the user to migrate specific data from the EML files. After that click on Save button.

Click on Browse button to provide the location to save the resultant file.

Now click on New Folder button as highlighted to save exported data into new folder. You can also select existing folder. After that click on OK button.

If you want to create separate PST file for each folder. Then check the Create PST for Each Folder checkbox. after that click on Export button.

Now the software will start the export process, you can view the export process details. Wait till it completes to 100%.

After completing the export process, the software will show you a successful message in new pop up window. Click on OK button.

Here the software will show you export process report. Provide the location to save the export report and click on Save button to save the export report in .csv format

Click radio button corresponding to MBOX to convert EMLX and EML files into MBOX file format and after that click on Advance Setting.

You can specify the following filters such as:

Now, Select PDF radio button to export EML/EMLX files into PDF file format. After that click on Advance Setting button.

You can specify the following filters such as Normal Setting, Page Layout, Bates Number:

Date Filter Option:: This is the filter that can be used to filter out the final files as per the date filter.

Naming Convention: This refers to the naming of the final converted files such as by Subject+Date, From+Subject+Date, Autoincrement, etc.

You can also check the Include Internet Message Header checkbox

Apply setting for Page Layout.

Apply Margin: The software provides advance option to apply page margin. Which can be applied in range of Minimum 2.0 mm and Maximum 10.0 mm

Apply Page Layout: Use this option to use Paper Orientation and Page Size.

Apply Bates Number to your page while exporting to PDF format.

Bates Number Format: You can apply page number and other formatting like, Start Number, Increment By, and Position.

Date Stamp: You can also apply date stamp and choose preferred position.

Attachments: - Attachment on Pin (add attachments in PDF as Pin), Append Attachments (convert attachments as PDF page and append at the end of email), Save Attachemnts (save attachments in folder in its original file format).

Click on Browse button to provide the location to save the resultant file.

Now click on Export button to start the conversion process.

Click radio button corresponding to Office 365 to export EML/EMLX files into Office 365 account and after that click on Advance Setting.

You can specify the Office 365 Settings:

User Impersonation: Use this feature to migrate complete data from EML files to Office 365 account directly.

General Settings: Apply Date Filter option to migrate selected emails only. Also you can select Categories (Mails, Contacts, Calendars, Task, Journals, Motes).

Now provide Office 365 Account email address and click on Validate button.

A pop up windows will appear with redirection message, click on OK button.

Provide Mail Id to Sign In your Microsoft 365 account.

Provide Password of entered Microsoft 365 account and click on Sign in button.

Accept the permissions and move to next step.

After succesfull validation, click on Export button.

Now a pop will appear with Successfully Exported message. Here click on OK button.<

Here the software will show you export process report. Provide the location to save the export report and click on Save button to save the export report in .csv format
