How It Works Page

STEP 1

After downloading the software, start the installation process. You can select any language from the list (English, French, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese, Deutsch, Italian, Russian, Indonesian, Netherland, Danish, Hungarian, Norwegian, Polish, Swedish, Turkish, Vietnamese, Czech, Thai) as per your requirement.

Now start by checking all the steps of SysTools DBX Viewer Pro. The software's first window appears as seen below:

STEP 2

Select the Add File option for adding the DBX Files or Folders.

STEP 3

Select the File option to insert DBX file(s).

Select the Folder option to insert DBX folder(s).

STEP 4

Select the DBX files you want to insert and Press "Open" button. The file will be scanned.

After that the folder list (on left pane) and list of emails in those files will be shown on the right side.

User can preview mail according to desired like, Normal View, Hex View, Properties View, Message Header View, MIME View, HTML View, RTF View, Attachments.

Also Normal Mail View of email is shown below in which user can view the email in usual way:

STEP 7

User also gets the Switch View option to view the mails in Horizontally or Vertically.

STEP 8

Select the Search option located on left pane to find the specific emails.

By using the Add Criteria option, the user can also search emails that they want.

STEP 10

Additionally, the user can use the Add Criteria to search email attachments.

STEP 11

To remove duplicate mails, select the Remove Duplicates option and press Export button.

Now go back to mails options.

To export selected emails, then tick the emails and press the Export Selected option.

To export all emails, then press the Export option.

Options to Export DBX Files In

STEP 13

Select the PDF option and click Advanced Settings.

In General Settings user can use the date filter option by selecting the Date Range Option.

Now select the date range and press the Add button. User can also add multiple Date Range.

Use Delimiter for Special Characters option.

In Page alignment section enter the required Page margins, Layouts, Header & Footer and Fonts.

In Attachment section, apply the requried attachment settings.

In Bates Number section, fill the required columns to add page numbers.

STEP 20

Now use the Browse button to set the destination.

Tick mark the Maintain Folder Hierarcy to export the emails file while maintaining the Folder Hierarcy.

Use Creat Single PDF for each DBX file.

To exclude replied email text, tick mark the Removed replied Email Text option.

STEP 21

Select the Folder where yo want to export.

STEP 22

Press the Export button once the filters are applied and Export options selected.

STEP 23

A windows will appear saying "Export Process Completed Succesfully".

STEP 24

Now the Export Report Windows will open in which the "Success" count and "Fail" count will be mentioned.

STEP 25

Now, visit the destination location as it was mentioned and press the file.

STEP 13

Select the Print option and click Advanced Settings.
