With the help of the IncrediMail Converter Tool, the conversion of all the items from the mailbox becomes easier. Users can export the data files like IMM, IML, DB from Emails, Calendars, Address Book, Attachments, and save them to desired file location.

Multiple File Formats Provided

The software offers various types of file formats for users to choose from while converting IncrediMail data files. These file formats include PST, EML, MSG, PDF, vCard, etc. to save the Mails or Contacts in the required format for easy access in other email applications.

Bulk / Batch Mode Conversion

There are two options provided by the IncrediMail Conversion Software that allow exporting data in bulk or batch mode. Users can either choose the Select File(s) option to convert single or multiple files. Or, go for the Select Folder option to export a folder containing one or more IMM, IML, IM, DB files.

Retain Email Properties

During the conversion procedure, the software makes sure that there are no changes made to the meta-attributes of the emails. All the properties of mails such as From, To, BCC, Subject, CC, etc. are kept intact. The header and the body structure of the emails are always preserved along with the formatting.

Maintain Folder Structure

The IncrediMail Converter ensures that there are no changes made to the structure of the folder and is kept the same as before exporting. It means that the formatting of the folder is maintained and the data integrity is kept intact during the conversion procedure.

File Naming Conventions

There are various naming convention options offered to the user by this tool to save the files at a desired location with a name of their choice. Different combinations are provided to the software such as Subject + Date, Subject + Date + Time, etc.
