Combine Multiple OST Files

The software integrates multiple Outlook OST files into a single UNICODE type PST. The tool is designed to provide the easiest way to merge multiple OST files into single PST file for easy management. Options to Merge OST Files

This option proves handy when users need to combine ‘Contacts Only’ from different OST files. The OST Merge tool combines two OST files to create single PST that combines only contacts. Also, the software keeps all the meta properties of contacts throughout the process. This application is supported with any Windows OS including 10.

Combine Unlimited OST Files

There is no size limitation imposed by the software so that users can merge any size of Outlook data files using this. The tool has two options: Add File and Add Folder to merge multiple OST files in a single attempt. One can simply merge two OST files into single PST and the software performance would not be affected by the quantity of data.

Option to Exclude Deleted Items

In case if users want to combine two Outlook OST files into one and does not want to merge deleted items folder of MS Outlook then, they can check its ‘Exclude Deleted Items’ option. After that, the software will not combine the deleted folders into output PST file. Also, excluding deleted items folder will help to execute the merging process quickly.

Generate Report in PDF / CSV

Before combining two Outlook OST files, the FreeViewer OST Merge tool provides an option to create the data migration report in PDF file format. Users just need to check this option if they want to generate a report after completing the Joining process. Leaving this option unchecked, will generate CSV file by default.
